It's never to early to start traditions. And as a traditionalist at heart, this time of year makes my heart sing. When you're a newly engaged couple, you're just starting to create traditions that will last through your family's history. Isn't that exciting? Need some ideas?

Decorate your tree or home together - girls, get your man involved. Even if it's just a color scheme. Or picking out a simple ornament for the tree.

Holiday Movie Night - pop some popcorn, snuggle up and turn on the Hallmark Channel. You can never go wrong with a little holiday movie or 20.

Christmas Lights - go driving around looking for the most gorgeous homes that are decorated to the max! This was one of my favorite traditions as a little kid.
